Clough
- Pre-requisite: fully engaged in profession; understand expectations
- What it looks like: prompt in attending to duties; prepared for meetings with appropriate paperwork; has excellent attendance; leaves quality plans in absence/sub folder
- Attend staff meetings, PD days, grade level meetings, Child Study and IEP meetings
- Attending outside workshops
- Reading professional literature and acquiring background knowledge
- Complete form A & B for Sped meetings within a timely manner
- Correct homework assessments and daily classwork
- Have lessons planned
- Go to duty on time
- Don't abuse sick time
- Get to school on time
- Plan ahead
- Use agendas, calendars (to organize duties, meetings, etc.), and planners
- Sub folder
- Be organized (record keeping, regular assessments, portfolios, etc.)

Nipmuc
- Outside contact with parents is maintained throughout the school year and throughout the semester.
- Special education evaluation forms are comprehensive, complete and on-time.
- Graded papers are returned on a timely basis.
- Grades are submitted on time with appropriate comments.
- Attendance is completed at the beginning of class.
- Duties are carried out proficiently and professionally.
- All paperwork is comprehensive, complete, and on-time.
- Keeps within contracted personal/sick/flex time.
- Performs duties as assigned.
- Prioritizes conflicting responsibilities effectively
- All grades, progress reports and special education reports are completed on time, showing careful preparation and time taken.
- All duties are performed in a conscientious fashion.
- Available after school on a regular basis for extra help, as well as at breaks.
- Responds within a reasonable time frame to parental/administrative inquiries
- Punctual attendance to duties and meetings.
- Adheres to contract language regarding start and end times.
- Attends meetings (faculty, department and special education) and duties (cafe, lunch, or parking lot) when expected.
- Makes deadlines for getting end of term grades and progress report grades and comments in.
- Go to all assigned duties and assignments on time, understanding travel time from far wings of the building.
- Rarely late or absent from school.
